bizfon 680 issue

I have a bizfon 680 box with 6 bizfon touch 3 phones. The problem that I am having is that atleast once a day the lights on the phone stay lit. The I have to unplug the phones to rerset them and they dont always reset? This is getting very annoying to me and we have only had the unit for about 4 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Neal.
