Changing Password in VS system if locked out

1. Connect to TS using USB connection.
2. When hardware is found, search for driver and use tsvcp_filter driver.
3. Once that completes, wizard will show up again. Choose COM driver.
4. Use tsvcp_port driver.
5. Use Hyper Terminal, and choose newly created COM port.
6. Choose 57600 speed.
7. In terminal window type AT|I3 and see if version appears.
8. Type AT|!TS=00001588, to erase password.

Note: If Firmware loaded on TS is older than 5.0, the use AT|!TS=000040, command.
