How to set up multiple Allworx phones at a single location

Remote side:
You'll need each phone to have its own RTP range as well as its own IP and Configuration port. Only one phone will need the 2088 (UDP) and 8081 (TCP).

Config Port RTP IP
Phone A 5060 UDP 16384 - 16393 Set them to use Static
Phone B 5061 UDP 16394 - 16403
Phone C 5062 UDP 16404 - 16413
Phone D 5063 UDP 16414 – 16423

Now all of these will need to be ported / forwarded through the firewall to the IP of the phone.

Example: This is in the Router at remote site:
Phone A
5060 to static IP of Phone A
16384 – 16393 to static IP of Phone A
2088 to static IP of Phone A
8081 TCP to static IP of Phone A
Phone B
5061 to static IP of Phone B
16394 – 16403 to static IP of Phone B
8081 TCP to static IP of Phone B

Phone C and D are the same setup as Phone B but with there respective numbers.
NOTE:
Also you will need to make sure when setting up the phones statically that you add the gateway and the subnet in there as well as making sure that the IPs will not be leased to another device.

Allworx Side:

Go to Phone System Handsets, and then click View Configuration for the phone you are configuring.

Phone options -> click modify.

In RTP Media Range (Port-to Port) input the RTP port range used for the phone in the previous steps (Phone A 16384-16393, Phone B 16394-16403, etc.).

Below that, change the SIP port used for that particular phone in the previous steps.

Do the same for all others, make sure to match SIP port to RTP port used.
