Setting up call group and queue for customer service


I want to setup a customer service group for 4 people. We have calls forwarded to us from another call center, so they already go through an auto attendant. When the calls comes in I want it to queue them in a call group until one of our reps are able to anwser the phone. But I don't want them to be put on hold forever, is there a way to set a timeout after 5 mins to give the caller a chance to goto voicemail or continue to hold?
