Home → ITSP → Multiple voip lines with Broadvoice, CVA, Sonicwall
|
Setup a Talkswitch system behind a Sonicwall TZ150, with BroadVoice VOIP service. Had the 1-1NAT configured and the ports mapped. Worked great in and outbound until we added a second line. From that point on, you could make calls out but no calls in, caller would hear ringing, but no connection on Talkswitch Monitor. Didn't matter if you turned off the second line. Turns out the Sonicwall firewall's VOIP Consistent NAT feature breaks the inbound connection when there is more than one VOIP line registered. Turned it off and life was good again. Only took me 6 hours to get it figured out and calls to BroadVoice, Talkswitch and Sonicwall. |
