What is a MAC number on your allworx phone?

The MAC address is a unique identifier for an IP device. For an Allworx phone you can find the MAC address on a label on the back of the phone, or from the on screen menu by following these steps:

Press
CONFIG
CURRENT STATUS/INFO (you'll need to scroll down for this)
