BDI Computer Services

I am told that broadvoice will work with your BYOD. I have run into issues. I was unable to get the Talkswitch 48CVA working with them without using their adapter first. It would never make a connection to them.

After making numerous calls I was finally able to get them to generate a trouble ticket to their higher level support. They would not let me talk to their Higher level support.

I called them everyday for 7 business days to try and get the issue resolved. After I cancelled service with them they finally got back to me that the issue was closed.

I understand others have been able to get the Talkswitch working with broadvoice, however I was not.

Neobits support did a great job of trying to assist me with my issues.

I have settled down now with NexVortex and have not had issues with them.

October 26 2006, 12:38 PM

1. Setup with them and working in under 5 minutes.
2. You get to talk to a person who can make things happen.
3. NO multiple numbers and hunt groups needed. You can get 1 number and be able to take in as many calls as the talkswitch can handle.
4. Their staff is the best I have had to deal with on the phone.
