All support requests for equipment purchased from Neobits must be initiated by clicking Submit a Request in the left navigation bar. Once a request is submitted, you will receive an email indicating a case ID number, which will allow you to track progress and post additional information.
An additional resource we offer is a Remote Desktop system, that allows our support staff to take control of your internet-connected PC for configuration or troubleshooting. In order to use this system, a support staff member must initiate a meeting and send you a request to join.
As we develop this area further, we hope to add an extensive support documentation library. In addition, discussion forums are available for each of the major PBX systems offered by Neobits.
